To convert and resize multiple images select them in the Thumbnails View, right click on the selection and click the Batch convert selected images to... command from the pop-up menu. Also, it is possible to use the Images main menu item or the Operations... toolbar button. The Conversion dialog will appear.
In the Conversion dialog click on the Convert to item. At the right pane select from drop-down list a graphical format to which you want to convert images. If you select Icon or Jpeg formats you can set some additional parameters for the conversion.
To resize all images click on the Resize item and set width and height for all images. It is possible to scale images instead resizing them to fixed width and height. To scale each image by a percentage ratio from a source size you can set on the Proportional in percentages from a source checkbox.
The Saving options item controls where to save converted image files, whether to overwrite existent files or prompt before overwriting.
To start conversion press the Convert button.
