To change saving options click on the Saving Options main node. At the right pane of the Batch Converting Dialog the Saving Options will appear. If only one image is converted then enter a new file name with full path into the path input box. If there are more than one image selected for convertion, then enter a path with ending slash ("\") where to save new images. In both cases it is possible to use the "Browse" button near the path input box. Set the Overwrite if a file already exists option to overwrite existent files with the same names in a destination directory. Use the Prompt on replace file(s) option to be prompted before overwriting existent files. Also refer to the Saving Options window topic for more information.
